Advice when choosing your Wedding Dress.

Do your Research when searching for your wedding dress
Some brides to be will have a very definite idea about the type of dress they would like to wear for the wedding. Others won’t even have thought about it until they get engaged.
Either way, it pays to do a little research on what is available, what your budget is and what will suit you.

2. Be aware of your budget for your wedding
We all have one. It’s hard when you find a dress that you love, but it is out of reach financially. There is nothing you can do about this, so don’t torture yourself, and have a plan in place to avoid disappointment. Using tip 1, you’ll be doing lots of research, so you’ll know that there is a lot of choice out there. You may even find a local dressmaker who can make your dream gown.

3. Honour your body shape
There are many styles and designs to choose from, but not all will suit your body shape. Make sure you choose a gown that accentuates the parts of you that you want to show off, and complements your shape. Once you’ve found the styles that suit your shape it will be a lot easier and more enjoyable shopping for your dress.

4. Choosing fashionable, or classic bridal dress?
This is a personal choice, but remember that the classic style won’t date in photographs the way fashion will.

5. Remember to be you!
Above all, your dress should complement your personality, be comfortable to wear (after all you’ll be wearing it all day), and make you feel beautiful!
