Handmade Bridal ACCESSORIES

How it all started for me…
My passion for jewellery began a long time ago, with one little act of love from my grandfather.

As a gift when I was little, a little thank you for being me, my grandfather (grandpa) gave me a little Gisela Gottschlich Girl locket.
The chain is broken, the pictures inside are long gone, but my love for it, my grandfather and all the memories I have of him, are among my most precious things.

Since then there have been key moments in my life where I have received other pieces of jewellery, that are now all cherished memories. Some good, some sad; but so important because they changed the path I took in some way.

My grandmothers Engagement Ring, that I just adored as a child. It’s now one of my most precious pieces of Jewellery.

“Five star experience from beginning to end! I searched high and low for a bridal comb that matched my celestial-themed wedding gown. I found Laurel Lime through Etsy, and reached out to the owner to see if she’d be willing to make a comb to match the bodice of my gown. She immediately returned my email (her responses were always so prompt!) and started sketching a design.

We exchanged several emails throughout the process and she happily worked with my budget and preferences until she came up with something I was absolutely thrilled with. My comb was beautiful and tied together my look perfectly. Becky is extremely talented, patient, and wonderful to work with.
I recommend Laurel Lime for any bride looking for unique and beautiful accessories for her special day! Thank you!”

” thank you for the beautiful hair pins they arrived very well packaged and are a true delight. Description spot on and they look marvellous in my blonde hair.

My other Love…

My second love is nature. Whether I’m visiting beautiful gardens, or pottering around in my own. Listening to the birds and insects, growing little plants and pruning big ones, this is where I am most content outside of my studio.

Many of my designs are inspired by nature and when you visit the studio don’t be surprised to find my workspace surrounded by plants and jewellery. You may need to move the odd philodendron or two to sit down.
